great survey example to lern from. I have used surveys for gathering over 600 testimonials on the same product same survey, for titles of new products and what to offer next. On some surveys for example when I gave ten titles for my next book I used the most chosen one but it bombed in thaat case. Any suggestions?

      HI James,
Sounds as if you did amazingly well with testimonials–kudos for getting them on a survey! That’s one of the things we teach.

There can be lots of reasons that things bomb, even though a survey said a title was best. I’d need to know more about the survey, who took it, etc. to give you a more definitive answer. It’s never foolproof–but virtually always, if you do a good survey with the right audience, it pays off!

Hope to see you on the webinar so I can give you more info!

      Best,
      Jeanne

  4. Jacques says:

I don’t see where this survey fits with the business profile of my targeted audience (business owners in retail and distribution with a store chain counting 20 stores to 5000 stores).

    • admin says:

      Hi Jacques,
Surveys fit regardless of your target market–I’ve worked with companies whose target market is major corporations. If your target market is business owners in retail and distribution, you still need to understand who they are, what they want, when you’re serving them well, and when you’re not. That holds for ANY business.

Hope you can join the webinar, so we can continue the discussion!

      Best,
      JEanne

    Hi,

Your Facebook poll template is designed for use with zoomerang but does not include any instructions or directions for newbies on how to deploy within zoomerang to appear on a Facebook page!

Is this a deliberate omission or just an oversight on your part?

Thanks for caring and supplying the missing tutorial for beginners!!

    Cheers,
    HAns

      HI Hans,
Here’s the problem: Zoomerang lets you deploy to Facebook but only to your profile, not your page–which makes it much less useful.

I gave instructions for Zoomerang because they do let you deploy to Facebook. But you can use this without Zoomerang–a quick, easy way is to use the poll app in Facebook (http://www.Facebook.com/survey should get you there).

Looking forward to seeing you on the webinar!

      Best,
      Jeanne

  8. This is the FIRST time anyone ever ASKEd me what I need! Because our website gets ZERO traffic, I have spent HOURS looking at various programs and now am on many mailing lists. Most of them are for “quick money” or money from being affiliate to someone else’s product. WE HAVE a product but do not know HOW to market it online. WE have been publishing paper books and now have begun to make them into ebooks, but do not know how to find persons who might find them helpful. This is NOT yr ordinary “grow hair where you want” type info. Very specialized. We do not even know WHERE to start. Your approach is refreshing.

    • admin says:

      Hi Krishna,
Thanks so much! We can give you information to help you out. . . . You need to find your “hungry crowd” to market your product. I recommend starting out with social media and lead pages, to start building a list–we’ll give you information on how to do that, on the webinar. And Don’s social media strategies should be very helpful for you.
I look forward to seeing you on the webinar!

      Best,
      Jeanne

  9. Dan says:

I’m a struggling affiliate marketer. I really appreciate your information. Thank you very much.

  10. Marian says:

I appreciate the value of surveys and often participate in them, but have not taken the time to do them for my products because I don’t know if I can trust the results enough to make the changes they would suggest.

    • admin says:

      HI Marian,
That’s a VERY important issue and you’re wise to be concerned about it!

Here’s the bottom line: If you do surveys the right way, you can trust the results and they can be an absolute gold mine. That’s what we’ll teach you to do on the webinar!

      Best,
      Jeanne
